How long does these courses take to complete?
This online course takes roughly 60 minutes to watch the engaging animations and answer the multiple choice questionnaires in between to test your understanding of the material.
How often should these courses be completed?
Every 12 months.
What do I receive once I complete these courses?
Upon completing the course, a PDF certificate of completion will be emailed to you immediately. You also have the option of downloading the certificate upon completion. We suggest you forward this certificate to your employer or workplace so that records can be updated.
How do I pay?
Single User
Credit card (VISA or Master Card) via PayPal alternatively you can log into your PayPal account and pay through there.
Multiple Users
There are three ways
- Credit card (VISA or Master Card) or via PayPal.
- Direct deposit
- Setup a new credit account.
If you are an existing client, please speak with your Account Manager.
What happens once I purchase my courses?
An email will be sent to the address you entered in whilst purchasing. This email will contain a link to the training portal to create your Training account and enable you to commence your course.
What happens if my internet drops out during the courses?
You can start, stop and resume the course at your own convenience, the training platform will remember what part of the training you were last completing.
How do I know when my training course is due?
An automatic email will be sent to you 30 days prior to the expiration of your certificate.
What happens if I answer a question incorrectly?
You will be redirected to watch the relative section again and you will then be able to re-sit the assessment.
What happens if I have a technical issue?
